Born to a lower middle-class family, despite his humble family and government school background Mr. Vijay Bhushan Malhotra is a Btech graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Delhi University.
With his entrepreneurial spirit, mechanical knowledge and visionary nature Mr. Vijay invested capital for the first time into manufacturing of PVC electrical fittings in 1995 which saw a turn of events that led to creation and nurturing of the VENUS brand. A staunch believer in technology & being customer centric in his approach, he was determined to ensure consumer delight by offering quality electrical conduits which has helped the Indian conduit industry to achieve global standards.
He is a Man behind many innovations in the industry and is the Guiding force behind the company's vision of becoming a leader in every product category & a strong Corporate Brand. Under his overall guidance and control the company has a diversified portfolio today which ranges from electrical to sanitary goods.
Determining key policies and decisions, creating teams for new projects of the group and motivating such teams to successfully implement the management policies is one of his key focus areas.

Our journey which started in 1995, has been an eventful and humbling one for my colleagues and I at VENUS. Eventful, because we have made immense progress from where we started – in a small workshop in jhilmil, delhi in 1995.
We take pride in our employees, supplier base and all the employees, without which Harson would not have developed the capability to 11+ product verticals catering to the evolving global demand.
